Terms and conditions of the dunkin.cr site 

Welcome to dunkin.cr, with this agreement of policies for making online purchases, we intend to state the terms, conditions, regulations and agreements governing the use of the dunkin.cr site (hereinafter "The Site"), including but not limited to, the services for the purchase and sale of goods, products and services. 

By using the Site, the end customer (hereinafter "the User") agrees to all of the standards of use set forth herein. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions described herein, please immediately cease using this online site. 

At dunkin.cr, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. 

General 

1. The online shopping platform The Site is designed to be used exclusively by adults (over 18 years of age). Any minor (under the age of 18) must use this site under the exclusive supervision of an adult. Each adult parent or legal guardian is responsible for monitoring and supervising the use of this website by any person in their care and is fully responsible for their use of this platform.
2. The company participating in The Site in Costa Rica is Dunkin`, hereinafter referred to as "The Provider".
3. The Supplier maintains a satisfactory inventory of products, but it should be clarified that, given the nature of the retail business, the quantities and periodic rotation of the product is continuous, and therefore the stock may vary from one moment to another.
4. If for any reason the information appearing on The Site contains inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors or information that is not current with respect to prices, descriptions and product stock; The Site reserves the right to update and correct such omissions, errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.
5. In addition, Supplier may:

• • Change the products and services being offered for sale through The Site website, as well as their prices, specifications or availability, at any time, without notice and without incurring liability to The Site 
  • Terminate, cancel or not process orders (even if they have been received) when the price or any other part of the information on the Site is inaccurate. If this happens, The User will be notified that the order is cancelled and will not be charged or the respective amount will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase. 
  • All material on the Site, including product descriptions, text, html information, design, graphics, code, photographs, videos, software design, product selection and configuration may not be accurate, complete, current or error-free. 
  • The Site reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice. They shall apply to all visitors to the Site and all transactions conducted on the Site. Any changes will be applicable after being published on the Site and the conditions prior to the transactions prior to the changes made will be recognized. The User shall be responsible for regularly consulting this agreement and being aware of its contents. 

Payment Policy 

1. In order to process the purchase, the Site will request a credit or debit card, where the balance of the purchase will be held until the Supplier contacts the User to process the confirmation.
2. The User may indicate to The Supplier whether the rebate is to be applied to the linked card or to the Dunkin` loyalty program. 
3. If The User wishes to manage the card payment, The Supplier approves the payment and the rebate is automatically managed to the card linked to the order.
4. If the User wishes to manage the payment with Dunkin, the Supplier checks the amount of points and applies the payment. If there is a shortfall to complete the purchase, the Supplier will automatically charge the difference to the card linked to the order.
